Mini Apple Wood Healing Wand with Rounded Pommel End For Small Area Massage

Pocket sized mini hand polished apple wood wand with a simple rounded over pommel end is perfect for rites of healing, love, prosperity or fertility, plus goddess worship. The wood was pruned from a very old Granny Smith Apple tree, dried, hand cleaned, then heat treated for sanitation and tempering. The surface of this wand has a smooth hand buffed finish with some protection & shine provided by natural bees wax - 100% natural. 

The smooth pommel end of this slender little wand is nice for use in massage of small areas such as on the wrist of the hand and working out knotted muscles.

10 Inch Curved Hand Buffed Slender Elm Wood Magic Wand

American Elm is a slightly flexible yet strong wood excellent for metaphysical use adding stability, grounding, and focus to spells and often is used for invoking the Goddess. This curved wand has a natural hand buffed finish with some surface protection provided by a coat of quality Renaissance preservation wax. It is 10 1/4" long with a width about the size of a pencil and has a nice feel to a smaller hand and an attractive pale blonde color. The ends have been lightly rounded over. Ethically harvested, carefully de-barked, and lovingly buffed smooth by hand with no power tools having been used in the crafting of this wand.

The wood that I craft my wands from is always ethically gathered, such as those that the wind has brought down or that come from general yard maintenance -- no trees are ever harmed for harvesting. I do not use power tools -- all of the work is done by hand. I only use branches and twigs that are free of disease, and not previously "dead", so that the wood remains strong. Heat is used to both sanitize and temper green wood, which further adds to the strength.

This is a one of a kind handmade item by Tree Pruitt. The photographs show different views of the same item. Because they come from Nature no two of my handmade wands can ever be the same.

Slender Rustic Ash Wood Wand 10 plus inch

Attractive 10 3/4" slender Ash Wood wand hand polished with artfully faded tree bark is a strong work tool with a balance of energy suited for all magic uses. The wood was felled naturally during a hurricane where the "mother tree" survived. Having never touched the ground it was gathered with love by both feminine and masculine energy during the peak of a Full Moon. This wand was crafted on the 2014 Winter Solstice.

Metaphysical Ash: The magic influence of the ash tree reaches far back into time, and the properties are numerous. Ash wands or staves are good for healing, general magic, solar magic, to attract lightning, and is used to remove spells or hexes. The ancient World Tree (Yggdrasil) of Norse mythology is commonly thought to have been an ash tree, and the first man formed from the same. Being an herb of the sun, Ash brings light into the hearth at the Winter Solstice.

What's In A Name American Elm Wood Wand HM109

A new wand to emerge from the metaphysical side of my art studio is a slender American Elm wood, sized at just 10" for easy carry & use. It's named "Iwilldoit" because it has an energy about it that feels ready to get to work -- a git-er-done type thing. It's crafted from an American Elm wood stick that was lovingly pruned, cleaned, shaped & colored with a red-walnut colored faux wood grain created by hand with acrylic paints because dried elm is a rather plain blond in color. The surface was then coated with a clear protective varnish, which also gives the wand a nice buffed shine. The projection end and the pommel end have been rounded over, shaped simply for comfort. The slender form of the wand still fits comfortably in most hand sizes.

 Though the wands official nickname is Iwilldoit, it has expressed even more character. It's possible that my own fondness for this wand stems from its compact size and relative flexibility, which makes it great to carry on-person Harry Potter style. However, when I reached out to ask Spirit for a name for this wand the first, and still strongest, thing that came to mind was "Stanley"! So, I admit that while crafting this wand I mentally referred to it as Stanley along the way rather than Iwilldoit. Personally, I suspect that name derives from the influence of the powerful yet somehow grounded characters of Stan Lee comic books! I'm not stating that this wand is any more of a superhero than another wand, but it certainly feels as if it has a desire to try. So that's what's in this wands name... serious work, but lighthearted play!
